Vineyards

Valsugana is known for its suitability for growing white grape varieties, particularly Chardonnay for sparkling wine, which thrives in the local climate and terrain. Solaris and other resistant varieties currently being experimented with have already demonstrated excellent results in the finished product. Not only is it a genuine and environmentally friendly wine, but it has also surprised with its unmistakable aromatic complexity. The only red grape variety, Pinot Noir, has also been a resounding success, a challenge fully met. Our vineyards are cultivated in the hilly area at the foot of Telve, encompassing the Municipality of Castel Ivano from southwest to southeast, and extending to the entrance of the renowned Sella Valley, in the Municipality of Borgo Valsugana. The altitude of the vineyards ranges from 300 to 700 meters above sea level, with a southwest exposure.
