Valsugana is known for its focus on cultivating white grape varieties, particularly Chardonnay for sparkling wine, which finds an ideal location in the local climate and territory. Solaris and other resistant varieties currently being experimented with have already demonstrated excellent yields in the finished product, which is not only a genuine and environmentally friendly wine but has also surprised with its unmistakable aromatic complexity. The only red grape variety, Pinot Noir, has also been a complete success. Our vineyards are located in the hilly area at the foot of Telve, encompassing the Municipality of Castel Ivano from southwest to southeast, and extending to the entrance of the renowned Sella Valley, in the Municipality of Borgo Valsugana. The altitude of the vineyards varies from 300 to 700 m a.s.l., and the exposure of the territory is southwest.
