A visit to the evocative manor of Castel Ivano is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the history of lands and men who have led to the philosophy of our territorial winery. The visitor has the opportunity to follow the entire path of our products, from the vineyards to the ancient cellar of the manor, which today enjoys new life thanks to the storage of sparkling wine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir TRENTODOC.
The visit to the Terre del Lagorai winery includes two options:
- VISIT TO THE WINERY PLUS TASTING: 15€ per person
The visit opens with a walk through the rows of vineyard that immerses the castle, during which you can discover anecdotes about the territory of Valsugana and the winemaking tradition of our valley. Walking through stacks, oak barrels and puppets prepared for the manual remuage of the bottles, the visitor is accompanied by the wine professional to discover our productions. The one-hour visit is followed by a tasting of 3 glasses to choose from our products.
- VISIT TO THE CASTLE AND CELLAR PLUS TASTING: 23€ per person
Castel Ivano is an ancient manor built in the twelfth century of .C. where you can discover the most authentic Valsugana and where every detail is taken care of in every detail. The visitor can discover medieval anecdotes and legends (such as the stories of the prisons), appreciate exclusive and richly furnished environments and wonderful gardens in the shade of centuries-old trees. To complete the experience, follows the visit to the winery and the tasting. The castle also offers the possibility of overnight stay with Bed & Breakfast formula within the ancient walls.
